By accessing or using Dumpsters.Direct (the "Service"), operated by Sneaky Snake LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Dumpsters.Direct is an online directory that connects consumers with local dumpster rental companies. We are a listing and discovery platform only — we do not provide dumpster rental services, own any dumpsters, employ any drivers or haulers, or set the prices charged by listed businesses.
All dumpster rental services are provided by independent third-party businesses listed in our directory. Any transaction you enter into with a listed business is solely between you and that business.
You may create an account to access certain features of the Service. Accounts are managed through Clerk, our authentication provider. You may sign in using Google OAuth or email one-time password (OTP).
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@dumpsters.direct if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Our directory contains listings for dumpster rental companies across the United States. Listings may be:
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing information, whether claimed or unclaimed. Business owners who claim listings represent that they have authority to manage the listing and are responsible for ensuring their information is accurate and up-to-date.
We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
Business owners may subscribe to a paid plan to access enhanced listing features. Current pricing:
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' written notice to active subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We expressly disclaim any warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing information, or the quality, safety, licensing, or reliability of any dumpster rental service provided by listed businesses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sneaky Snake LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or personal injury, arising out of or related to your use of the service or any dumpster rental services obtained through the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

All content on Dumpsters.Direct — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the compilation of directory data — is the property of Sneaky Snake LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.
Business factual information (names, addresses, phone numbers) derived from public sources is not claimed as proprietary. However, the selection, arrangement, and presentation of that data is protected.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.
